Korea My First Destination For This Year

I am going for a short holiday to Korea. The flight from KLIA will be at 2.30 PM with a stopover in Saigon. After a few days in Korea the return flight will include an overnight stay in Saigon.
The highlight of the trip to Korea will be a meeting with my friend David in Seoul. Though it maybe just a short meeting, it will be meaningful as it will be our second meeting after David visited Kelantan sometimes last year.
Rest assured I will be blogging about the trip like I used to do for my European stint.
My apologies to all of you for not making any post after my last post which was some three weeks ago.
To my friend David, see you in Korea.

Pi,
You are right! Beginning with the end of year school holiday, the other half will be fully retired from service so we can travel anytime we want. Usually we can only travel during the school holidays. There will be definitely another holday at the end of the year and more coming next year of course. This is the life of a couple with no encumberance hehehehe.

I hope you have a lovely holiday, Abang Zawi! Say, you're not going to miss the World Cup, are you? I don't have any interest in going to Korea as long as the government still makes it legal to eat cats and dogs. No thank you. I will not give them my tourist dollars. Ditto for China. As long as they still trade in bear bile, I'm taking my tourist dollars elsewhere. All the same, have a wonderful time!

>Temuk, thank you.
>Pak Awang, thank you and will sure put in lots of pictures.
>Sri Pekan, will miss a few but went early to those houses belonging to close friends
>Ee Lynn, I was given lengthy explanation by our local tourist guide as to why they have to eat cats n dogs. As to the Chinese, I agree fully with you they have no business killing those animals for medicine when there are better alternatives medicines available.
Sorry folks, I can't respond to u individually as internet connection is a luxury in this trip though tonites connection is the best thus far.

Uncle,
Terima kasih. Cuba la cari classmates tu malalui facebook. Orang Korea kebanyakannya net savvy. Kemungkinan besar dapat bertemu kembali tu.

Tommy,
I am now staying the night in a nice hotel room in Saigon on the way back to Malaysia. I consider my trip to Korea as quite enjoyable though a bit tiring.
Don't worry with the North Korean as Big Brother is always around to lend a hand. On the day we were at Everland not far from the DMZ, a display of helicopters by the US army in an exercise with the South Korean army was enough to scare those northeners away.
